Welcome to Elda Loop. These Terms govern your use of our app. By using Elda Loop, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Elda Loop. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

Provide accurate, current information
Keep your password secure
Update info if it changes
You're responsible for activity on your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

3. Acceptable Use

Please don't:

Use the app for illegal purposes
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
Impersonate others
Spam or distribute malware
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts
Interfere with app functionality
Use bots, scrapers, or automation
Reverse engineer the app
Commercialize without permission

4. Your Content

Content you post (photos, bio, messages) remains yours. By posting, you grant us a license to display it in the app. Make sure you have rights to anything you share.

We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Meeting Other Users

Important: We don't verify user identities beyond basic account creation. When meeting people from the app:

Use common sense and good judgment
Meet in public places first
Tell someone where you're going
Trust your instincts

We're not responsible for other users' conduct, online or offline.

6. Recommendations

Our recommendations are AI-generated suggestions. We don't guarantee:

Quality, safety, or availability of venues
Accuracy of venue information (hours, prices, menus)
Your experience at third-party venues

Always verify important details directly with venues.

7. Navigation

Driving Safety:

Maps may not be 100% accurate
Always follow traffic laws
Use your own judgment while driving
Don't use the app while driving — have a passenger navigate

We're not responsible for accidents or injuries during navigation.

8. Intellectual Property

The app design, features, content, and code belong to Elda Loop LLC. Don't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELDA LOOP LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Elda Loop LLC from claims arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes go to binding arbitration. No class actions.
